Issue Summary
Jira C2C (cloud to cloud) does not migrate remote links. Remote links are the "mentioned on" panel seen in the Jira issue view, referring to Confluence pages and other web links.
Type 1
A link in Jira that points to Confluence page that displays "mentioned on" in the Jira panel
Type 2
A link in Jira that points to an external link/URL that displays "Web link" in the Jira panel
Steps to Reproduce
Type 1 - "mentioned on" links between Jira and Confluence
- Create a Jira project and a confluence space.
- Create some issues on that project and insert the same Jira issues on the confluence pages.
- After that, publish the confluence page and you will notice that the Jira issue will have a field called "mentioned on" that refers the confluence page.
- Migrate the project using the Jira cloud migration tool to a new instance.
- Export the created space and import it on the new instance.
Expected Results
Migrate successfully with the Reference remote links as well
While accessing the issue, after the migration, the "mentioned on" information should show while viewing the issue.
Actual Results
After migration, under the new issue, the Remote links are not available.
