Issue Summary
When using JCMA to migrate Jira projects from Server to Cloud, there is a miss leading error popped up during the "Choosing what you want to migrate" phase regarding JSM.
Error message:
Not compatible with Jira Service Management (formerly Jira Service Desk) The Jira Cloud Migration Assistant is unable to migrate Jira Service Management projects. You will not see them in the project list. Your Jira Service Management agents will still be migrated.
However, there is no JSM/JSD installed on the server source instance. Though there was one with trialed license, the customer uninstalled it already.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup Jira Software instance.
- Install JSM on test instance.
- Create a JSM project.
- Uninstall the JSM from test server instance.
- Tried migration and during "Choosing what to migrate" phase, the error popped up at the bottom of the page.
Expected Results
There should be no error regarding JSM/JSD as the customer does not have this product installed.
Actual Results
Error message below presents at the bottom of the page when proceed to "Choosing what to migrate" in JCMA.

Workaround
It was not block the migration though, it is a very misleading error message causing user's confusion when conduct migration. So no workaround is needed now.
