ERROR XXX project-export KANBAN/ SCRUM board [XXXX] cannot be linked to business project [XXX] on Cloud.

Issue Summary

When a migration plan created with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant 1.7.7 includes a Business project linked to an Agile board ( Kanban or Scrum), the Data Preparation Pre-flight check will throw the following error and block the migration:

2023-01-01 20:06:59.220 ERROR XXXX project-export KANBAN board [YYYY] cannot be linked to business project [XXXX] on Cloud.

This error has been introduced in JCMA 1.7.7 to avoid orphaned boards in Jira Cloud: one must fix the data setup before proceeding with their migration.

This is reproducible on Server/ Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   Create a business type project and link it to a Kanban/ Scrum board
2. Step 2
   Create a migration plan to include the business project and execute the pre-flight checks. The preflight check will throw the aforementioned error

Expected Results

JCMA should display a warning, not a blocking error and should also contain links towards how to fix the data setup issue

Actual Results

Aside from the error, no information or guidance is being provided and migrators end up opening support requests to Migrations Team
