Summary
Sometimes, during testing, there may be a need to migrate a Jira project without migrating the attachments. For example, repeatedly migrating the same project that has a large number of attachments (for example 2TB for one project). It would be nice to have the ability to skip attachments if they are not explicitly needed for a test run.
Recommendation
Add an DF to disable the attachment migration
OR
Add a UI option to migrate no attachments for the selected project
Workaround
You can get around this by moving, removing, or otherwise making inaccessible the physical attachments from the filesystem.
