Exclude attachments in JCMA

      Problem Definition

      There is currently no way to execute a Jira migration with JCMA and exclude attachments so that only issues are migrated.

      Suggested Solution

      JCMA FF or selection feature to exclude the migration of attachments

      Why this is important

      With the ability to exclude attachments, customers who don't need them can reduce  unnecessary load on JCMA and reduce the migration time significantly. 

      Current Workarounds

      1) Mess around with the directories associated with their production Jira instance (risky & also not appropriate where the client has other teams not migrating in this phase who are using the on-prem Jira instance).

      2) Run automation rules in the cloud post-migration to remove the attachments in batches (adds time to the migration & post-migration tasks. Also not suitable where the client can't move attachments to the cloud due to data security policies).
