All Create from Templates Macros are broken after migration

Issue Summary

All Create from Templates Macros are broken after migration.
The template ID in "Template macros" are still pointing to server templateid
Once they click on an existing "Create from Template" which is not modified after migration. The screen hangs infinitely.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page on the server with "Create from template" macro
2. Migrate it to the cloud

Expected Results

• Macros should be loaded

Actual Results

Once they click on an existing "Create from Template" which is not modified after migration. The screen hangs infinitely.
