Unable to use create from template macro after a space migration

      Issue Summary

      When migrating spaces from on-premises (or even another Cloud) the "Create from template" clicking on the button will not work, it will be showing a spinning wheel on a blank page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page as a space template
      2. Create a page and add the create from template macro
      3. Export the space and import in another Cloud instance.

      Expected Results

      The page would be successfully created

      Actual Results

      The page will not be created and instead, a blank page with a spinning wheel will be shown.

      Error in the browser console:

      create-from-template-macro: No Create dialog web item found for contentBlueprintId >undefined< and templateId >1360953361<

      Workaround

      Go to the page and click on edit, double-click on the create from template macro and point to a valid macro, publish the page.
