      Summary

      In the form, it shows only some specific fields. As a user, I'd like to be able to support the Category field. Because some fields are unsupported, if any of them are mandatory you will get the following error:

      This form contains unsupported required fields, which will prevent respondents to submit critical information. Please contact your administrator to make these fields optional.
