Issue Summary

In a team-managed Jira Work Management project on the List view, clicking Group by: Category may result in either

• the following error being shown

  We couldn't load item groups. Check your connection, then give it another try.
  

  

• or only the "Uncategorized" group being displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a team-managed Jira Work Management project's List view
2. Click Group by: Category
3. Observe error

Expected Results

Ability to group by Category in List View

Actual Results

Inability to group by Category in List View

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
