As a Jira Business projects user, I want the development panel visible on the new issue view for Business projects

      Description

      The development panel is no longer being displayed on the new issue view if the issue belongs to a Business project.

      • This is an issue from a business project which has a commit associated. The development panel is missing.

      • This is an issue from a software project which has a commit associated and the development panel is displayed.

            I am trying the workaround "?oldIssueView=true" and is not working. Does anyone know another approach? It is awful that they are not considering a bug. I will need to move everything back and stop using work management.

            So is this a bug or intentional? It is super confusing that the business project has a 'development tools setup' tab but it doesn't actually work:
