JWM Board View: Expand avatar quick filter to display more than 4 avatars

Currently, Business Project boards only show 5 bubbles on the avatar quick filter. 4 issue assignees, and the logged in user viewing the board (the last bubble will sometimes be +2, and there is an invite new user bubble). If there are more than 5 different issue assignees on the board, it displays based on rank of issues assigned.
It would be more convenient if this list was not capped at four assignees, but expanded out further so board viewers could quick filter quicker based on avatar.
