Increase Assignees displayed on Quick filters avatars above boards

      Summary

      On the Quick filters bar, the displayed Assignee avatar is limited to 6 users and is not adjustable.

      For larger screen sizes, this creates a large blank and unused space to which more avatar could be displayed.

      Proposed solution

      Make the total number of Assignees displayed adjust automatically according to the screen/window size and increase the limit beyond 6 users.
