Description
Issue Summary
When the issue types are translated and we try to filter tickets on the List, it doesn’t show the results.
Steps to Reproduce
- Translate Issue types (Tested with Portuguese and French).
- Change your profile language to the desired language.
Expected Results
When filtering tickets by issue type, it will show the filtered tickets.
Actual Results
The filter doesn’t return tickets, even though they exist on the list.
If we hover the mouse over the issue type, it shows the corrected translated name.
On Filters > Advanced search it works normally.
Filtering by status and priority (also translated) it works.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
