Issue Summary
When creating an issue by using the inline Create button in a project's List view in team-managed business/Jira Work Management project doesn't populate fields where a default field value has been set.
Steps to Reproduce
- In Issue types give the Description field a default value
- Go to the project's List page and create an issue using the inline Create button
- Click on the issue and observe that the Description has not been given its default value
Expected Results
Default values should be respected regardless of which Create button is used.
Actual Results
Default values are not populated when using the Create button on the List page
Workaround
Use a different Create button
