Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Epics within the List cannot be collapsed. The Tasks under it are always Expanded. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic inline on the List
2. Add Tasks under this Epic inline on the list
3. The Epic can be Collapsed and Expanded. 
4. But when the page is refreshed, the Epic stays Expanded and cannot be collapsed. 

Expected Results

Users should be able to Collapse or Expand the Epics that contain Tasks and sub-tasks in the List. 

Actual Results

When the page is refreshed, the Epic stays Expanded and cannot be collapsed.
