      Issue Summary

Removing a status from Jira Work Management workflow doesn't remove its column in board for both team and company managed projects.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Work Management project
      2. Access Project settings > Issue Types
      3. Edit a workflow and remove a status from it
      4. Access the board and see that the column is not removed

      Expected Results

Once a status is removed from the workflow, its column should not appear in the board.

      Actual Results

The column persists, even though we can't move issues to it:

      Workaround

      • Creating an incognito browser session, logging into the site there and viewing that board is one way that this will render that board without the deleted statuses.
      • Clearing the cookies and browser cache then should also help to work-around this problem until a long-term fix can be applied
