Add Releases / Versions Tab in the sidebar in Business Projects

      Problem Definition

      Currently in JIRA Core there is no Releases / Versions Tab in the sidebar as in Software projects.
      Earlier there used to be a version tab in the side bar which is a quick link to Project Settings > Versions

      Suggested Solution

      Add a Releases / Versions tab for Business projects in the sidebar

      Workaround 1

      Change the project to a JIRA Software project.

      Workaround 2 (working in old navigation only)

      Use the shortcuts feature to link to https://<YOUR SITE NAME>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/<PROJECT KEY>/administer-versions or https://<YOUR SITE NAME>.atlassian.net/projects/<PROJECT KEY>?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin%3Arelease-page:
