Issue Summary

The Releases page is accessible via a shortcut in the Business project in Nav3. In nav4, it won't work as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using the old navigation (nav3), open the releases page of a JSW project
2. Copy the URL
3. Go to the Business project
4. Create a shortcut and add the URL copied in step 1, changing the project key (https://<YOUR SITE NAME>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/project-config/<PROJECT KEY>/administer-versions or https://<YOUR SITE NAME>.atlassian.net/projects/<PROJECT KEY>?selectedItem=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin%3Arelease-page)
5. Save

Expected Results

Shortcut won't be created, or the page won't be available, since Business projects don't support the Releases feature.

Actual Results

A shortcut is created, and we will be redirected to the Releases page for the business projects. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
