Version 6.3 uses certain CSS classes which have the same name as classes in jQueryUI. There's no problem until there's a plugin (in our case, Structure), which use jQueryUI and integration with GreenHopper.

The integration requires us to include certain web resources on the Agile board page, including jQueryUI. This results in unexpected greying out of the whole Sprint sections, which was immediately noticed by the customers and reported as a bug — see attached screenshot.

      To reproduce:
      1. Install the latest version of GreenHopper and Structure
      2. Create a Scrum board, and a Sprint on it

Since iQueryUI is a pretty standard library which can be used by other plugins as well, I would suggest namespacing JIRA Agile CSS in some way to avoid the collision.

      Thanks!

When will this update be available? It doesn't show as available in the add-on section of JIRA yet.

We also have Tempo. I just tried using IE9 (64-bit) and that shows the same as Chrome and Firefox. What version of IE did you test with?

We're still having issues with this. Haven't had time to go through our non-Atlassian plugins, so I'll update if we figure out what's causing it. We did find that this issue only occurs in Firefox and Chrome, so we're recommending IE as a workaround until we find the problem plugin.

I had the problem with the inproduct translation plugin. This causes the Sprint panel to be greyed out.

Dwight, some other plugins can likewise contribute to JIRA Agile making Sprint panel grey. Do you have any other non-Atlassian plugins installed?

Also, please check that you have indeed the correct version installed and do a "hard refresh" - in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+Reload button.

Have installed the updated Structure and sprints in plan view remain grey. Maybe there is another cause?

We installed the new Jira Agile plugin on the release date. Now all scrum teams are complaining about this issue. Do you have any workaround for this? When do you expect to ship a fix?
