After the upgrade to 6.2.x most agile users are complaining that they are not able to access all the Epics or at least the "Issues without Epics".

          Form Name

[JSWSERVER-9022] Cannot scroll to all Epics in GreenHopper Report Page

Resolving this issue as it appears to work in the latest version.

            JIRA Agile Team

            intersol Thanks for the update.
I have tested this locally with your announcement data and there is no problem in the latest version of JIRA Agile [screenshot]
We will look to include something similar in our testing.

I will check but your need clearly needs to test GH with the notification banner on.

I had to stop using the notification banner for another critical bug that was preventing the right-menu on the boards from appearing when the user was logged in (for guest it was still working even if the notification was for all users.

Anyway, my point is that interaction with notification banner has to become a critical test-case within the GH QA team. Too many bugs were cause on production due to this, and so far none of them was caused by some the banner itself (no dirty tricks inside or invalid HTML).

Note, we were not able to reproduce the same problem on other systems.
