When a board has a great number of Completed Sprints, it becomes very hard to browse through those Sprints while generating reports (Sprint report, for example). The list can get so large that users can't see most recent Sprints unless they shrink their resloution way down, or view it on a bigger monitor. Providing the ability to archive or delete old Sprints would certainly make a good improvement.

[JSWSERVER-8954] Provide the ability to archive completed Sprints

While this ticket has been closed, note that two related requests are still ongoing. The feature request for allowing deleting sprints is tracked here: GHS-9220, and for archiving sprints - here: GHS-11216.

Closing this as a duplicate because the work in the related issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-8469 fixes any problems with the dropdown/navigation scaling.

Also the sprint list is not even scrollable and cannot be operated from keyboard (well, you can run selection up and down, but at some point it disappears from screen) - had to zoom out to be able to see the report for the latest sprint. This is making this issue critical.

Hi toomas, the only available workaround I'm aware of is to zoom out your screen (or use a bigger monitor). Hope this helps.

The sprint list doesn't even fit the screen anymore. Any way to archive completed sprints in Greenhopper, as released versions can be archived in JIRA?

Same problem, we have completed 20 sprints and the drop down menu in the reports page is crazy huge! Any workarounds?
