A bit tricky to repro, but here's what I did:

Load the Version Report for a version that has issues
Load the Epic Report for an epic that has no issues
Change the Epic to one which does have issues. Try to scroll immediately after clicking the new epic.

You might see what I saw in the screenshot.

  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
