User able to create multiple board when clicking on the "Create Board" button.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Click on the Tools -> Create Board.
2. Enter the board name and description.
3. Click on the "Create Board" button (Observe the button is still active).
4. Now click the button again multiple times (Observe multiple boards are created with the same name).
