Then, either press the Enter key several times quickly, or click the 'Create' button repeatedly.
Many duplicate issues will be created.

It will be great if the dialog prevent you from submitting the request after the first time.

JRASERVER-59732 When clicking Create button, modal dialog/wizard does not close. Subsequent clicks of Create will open duplicate issues and still not close window till hitting cancel.
