If continuously press Enter key, multiple of issues get created

      Fill in the required details in the Create JIRA Issue tab.

      Then, either press the Enter key several times quickly, or click the 'Create' button repeatedly.
      Many duplicate issues will be created.

      It will be great if the dialog prevent you from submitting the request after the first time.
