OPINION - error message shown when board is deleted or user does not have permission should be consistent

      Currently, in this scenario, you get one of two messages (depending on the timing of AJAX requests):

      1. Could not find a board to show
      2. Could not load the sprints for the selected board

      I think we should be more consistent with the messaging we use when you browse to the board (shown in the attached image)
