Stories swimlane does not respect rank

      When using the stories swimlane option rank from the plan mode is not respected.

      1. In plan mode, plan a sprint with a ticket without any issues as first
      2. Add another ticket that has sub-tasks after the first ticket
      3. Start the sprint with those two tickets

      Expected behavior would be that the first ticket would show first then the second ticket. Actual behavior is that the ticket(s) with sub-tasks area always on top of everything else.
