Unfortunately, when JIRA implemented improve worklog features a few releases back, they missed putting support in for classifying work types - see JRA-1780. Kaamelot adds this support. The request is for green hopper to recognize if work log type capability is available in the installation and add it to the card based log work screens. Without type classification, our users will not be able to use this capability, in fact, it will be frustrating for them to see the capability there to easily add work logs, but not be able to do so. Our process requires the field be set and invalid entries would need to be repaired by the user.
