At the moment, you would need to click on the swimlane issuekey to open up the short summary screen on the right of Rapid board in Work Mode to see the Story points estimation. It would be great if we can show the Story Points estimation in the swimlane view as well. The small requirement such as this could means a lot in an Agile development.

[JSWSERVER-7351] As a user, to see the story points in the swimlane view in Work Mode (for Story-based swimlanes)
+1 It would be very helpful to see the story size as the team is working on the stories so we can identify potential issues or missed items when the story was originally sized.

For better overview and saving time, it is necessary to have the story points visible on the sprint overview even when you see stories as swimlanes.
This Would be great espacialy if you have swimmlanes based on story. Actually i would not only solve it for storypoints, i would also consider other fields to be displayed.
Maybe in 10 years...
But, please don't make +1 comments, they contribute nothing and can actually be damaging towards gathering enough interest as people will stop watching; reducing one of the 2 stats they look at to get requested features through.
+1 for sure. Seeing story points in the swimlanes grouped by stories should be an obvious UX bonus (and a penalty when not implemented, especially since subtasks can easily show their story points)
Keeping this alive in 2023. I mean we even survived a pandemic but still not any closer to making this a priority for almost EVERYONE using Jira
