I am using Scrum board to manage our project issues. However, I found that the issue number link is struck-through every time when after I edited the issue. The issue status is neither closed or resolved/completed.

Is it a configuration problem or a bug? Thanks.

Enviroment: JIRA 5.0.2 with GreenHopper 6.0.4.

harri.tunturivuori, Please check if the workflow that is used for the issue-type is having the right post functions to clear the 'Resolution' field for the transitions that moves the issues back to Open/In Progress statues.

If you are facing issues in figuring that out, please contact our support at https://support.atlassian.com with the details.

Could someone let us know what is happening with https://support.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-6689 as I don't have the access rights for that. This bug is very annoying and could be outright dangerous if you make decisions based on status of linked / blocked by issues.

Will there be a fix for this?

No, I can't access that link. I get

The link on this page actually says "GHS-6689 You do not have permission to view this issue"

We are also experiencing strike-through on open and unresolved issues. This was moved to GHS-6689, but apparently I don't have sufficient access to see that issue.

Can I get an update on the issue, or at least get access to GHS-6689 to check for myself?

I think I have resolved this issue.
I remove the resolution field from our project's create issue screen scheme, so resolution does not appear when I editing issue and the problem is gone.
