As a Scrum Master I would like ability to assign issues per swimlanes.

Current Behaviour:
Click on the issue > open the issue view screen > click on the Gear for more options and select the assignee;

Desired Behaviour:
Setting the Board to use Swimlanes based on assignees > Drag and Drop issues to assign to another user
