Have "Agile" button in new RoTP header be a link to Greenhopper

    Description

      Customer is going to Agile board, but where they used to click on Agile and have GH automatically load, there is now an extra step in the process because Agile is a menu, not a link. Would like to have link functionality restored.

          Suggestion - JSWSERVER-7877 Clicking "Agile" link in new header should go directly to last visited GreenHopper board, same as old behaviour
