Query Result Limit message is not shown when swimlane strategy is 'Assignees' or 'Stories'

      Steps to repro:

      1. Create an empty board with swimlane strategy 'Stories'
      2. Create a story with 3 sub-tasks on this board
      3. Create another story with no sub-tasks, ranked below the first
      4. In GH Admin Config, set Query Result Limit to '2'
      5. Refresh board

      Even though message for "Other Issues" swimlane is shown, no message is shown for the story swimlane, despite having some sub-tasks filtered.

      Make sure this is also fixed for Assignee strategy.
