As a JIRA Admin, I would like to put GH gadgets on my System Dashboard but hide them from unauthenticated users

Some of the GH gadgets do not have the role-required directive in the atlassian-plugin.xml file. I would like to have those added into the source, rather than having to hack the plugin manually.
