Greenhopper project progress gadget displayed on login page

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Software Server. Using JIRA Software Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When the "Greenhopper Project Progress" gadget is on the system dashboard, it is displayed on the login page for not logged in users.
      It displays an error message "The project no longer exists." since there is no access for anonymous users.
