Dragging an Issue while Planning a Sprint Using the SCRUM Board with a Quick Filter will Cause Other Unrelated Issues to be Dragged

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create SCRUM Rapid Board
      2. Create Quick filter (type=Bug)
      3. Start a sprint
      4. Plan the next one and ensure there is a bug in the middle of other issues
      5. Switch on the quick filter
      6. Drag the bug above the Sprint Marker
      7. Switch off the quick filter
