Option to sort comments on issue quick view panel on Rapid Boards in differing orders

      When viewing an issue through the Rapid Board issue quick view panel, one notices that the sort order for comments on the quick view panel (newest at top) is not the same as the ordinary sort order on the normal issue view (newest at bottom).

      Esentially, we would like to control the sort order of the comments in the quick view panel in GH.

            JSW-7893 which will be available soon remedies this issue.
            As part of the improvements in JSW-7893 the comment ordering is the same for the detail view and view issue. Changing the order in one place will reflect in the other so they are consistent.

            Many thanks for reporting this issue, however this is not something we are going to add to JIRA Agile at this time.

            We've had user confusion because of the mixed sorting, it'd be better if all views sorted in the same way, and if there is at least a site-level option, if not a user-level option, for which direction the sorting goes. Some like top posting, some can't stand it.
