Custom Template Lost after upgrade to GreenHopper 5.5.x or GreenHopper 5.6.x

Finding

• Reported cases happened from GreenHopper 5.3 - 5.4 x (JIRA 4.2) upgrade to GreenHopper 5.5.x - 5.6.0.
• Unlike the bug report GHS-2276, the references custom template still exist in "GH_CONFIGURATION" property, but GreenHopper doesn't pickup template's settings
• Look like GreenHopper only refer to the template setting in the "GH_CONFIGURATION" property, new template will only add into the "GH_CONFIGURATION" property as well.

Workaround
Manually Update "GH_CONFIGURATION" property with custom template's value. Please refer to KB shown below:
