Please allow for the "editable" Remaining Estimate field to be added to a card on the Planning Board (now available since JIRA 4.2)

The GreenHopper plugin should support time management without requiring work to be logged. This is a common Scrum practice and has resulted in the time management feature being modified recently in JIRA 4.2.

Explanation:
With GreenHopper, I may presently add the field "Remaining" to the Card View. This field, however, is calculated and requires that the "Time Spent" be entered in order to perform the calculation. Many practitioners of Scrum specifically avoid tracking "Time Spent" and focus strictly on how much time is required to complete work on a story. This is useful where one is more interested in looking forward and not so much in looking backward.

In JIRA 4.2 one may directly enter a value for "Remaining Estimate" without entering a value for "Time Spent". This cannot presently be done directly on the Card View (in the Planning Board) as the field "Remaining Estimate" cannot be added to this view. This forces one to "View the issue in JIRA" and then "Edit the issue in JIRA" in order to update the value for "Remaining Estimate" and then close both of these to return to the Planning Board and then see the updated value in the "Remaining" field. Ouch!

Time Tracking Changes

Prior to JIRA 4.2, the Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate fields could not be edited independently and their values would be synchronised after logging work.

From JIRA 4.2, time tracking is more flexible. The values in these fields are not tied to each other and they can be edited independently. Additionally, it is now possible to change the Original Estimate value after work has been logged.
