Issue Summary

In the comment field, after inserting an attachment, if we press "enter" to jump to the next line, the page just refreshes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ticket in the JSW project 
2. Add a comment to an issue and try adding a picture.
3. Press "Enter" to jump to the next line.

Expected Results

A comment should be added 

Actual Results

The page just refreshes

Workaround 

Workaround1 

Instead of pressing "Enter," please select the "Add" option manually to submit the comment.

Workaround2

After the page refreshes, click "Cancel." Then, insert the new line and save your comment.

Workaround3

Use Text mode to enter your comment.
