Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Projects in the navigation bar and select the relevant project.
2. Click Reports, then select Control Chart
3. Click on Learn more button

Expected Results

User clicking "Learn more" expected to redirect Control Chart

Actual Results

There is no response after clicking on "Learn more" button

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
