Cursor focus not changing in Sprints when right-clicking on Issues

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any sprint
2. Right click on issue
3. Move the cursor over menu items
4. The focus will just follow once as per the cursor and then it will stop. (Refer to the screen recording)

Environment

• Replicable on Jira Data Center 9.4.x
• Not Replicable on Jira Data Center 8.20.x
• Not Replicable on Jira Data Center 9.12.x

Expected Results

The cursor focus should go to the menu items once it is on them.

Actual Results

This is observed with Jira version 9.4.9. No functional impact observed as clicking on the menu item performs the action. Seems like a cosmetic issue atm.
We also tested this in 9.1.1 and the behavior is proper there. This issue was not observed.

Workaround

Upgrade Jira Software to the most recent LTS release (9.12.x).
