Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: YES
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable SSO on Jira
- Log in with SSO
- Try to update the current user email by accessing its profile
- Jira will ask for the internal password, but most users won't know it as they are logging in with SSO. sometimes internal login is even disabled.
Expected Results
All users, including SSO users, are able to update their e-mail addresses.
Actual Results
SSO users are not able to update their e-mail addresses by theirself
Workaround
Admins can manually update through the user section.
