Summary

When applying filters to a ARJ Plans, the filters are ignored when "Show Full Hierarchy" is checked. 

Based on documentation this is intended. 

Show full hierarchy while filtering issues on your timeline

Once enabled, the issues that match your filters will appear normally on your timeline while the non-matching child issues will appear greyed out.

Enhancement Request

It would be beneficial to have additional filter controls to be able to clear up any issues that cause additional clutter or are out of the Plan scope.
