Summary

When using the roll-up, the parent level shows a total sum of every child issue including issues not seen in the Scope view because of filters applied which is sometimes not useful information to have.

In the example below, we see a roll-up on the Epic of 50 points when with the filter applied it should just be 15.

Proposed solution

The roll-up should exclude issues being filtered out or at least provide a check-box option to include or exclude these issues, much like the "Show full hierarchy" check-box.
