Issue Summary

Programs do not display completed stories. 

While the design of Program is meant to be forward-focused, my team uses it as a reporting tool for our development and leadership teams. They would like to see not only what's upcoming, but what has been completed also. 

Suggested Solution

Show all completed stories/issues from the Program's constituent plans in the Program view. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
