Resource Loading Report: A project manager should be able to look at the resources who have tasks on the sprint, and should be able to tell which resources are overloaded and which resources have extra capacity.

          We are introducing the capacities per assignees per version in 5.1
          They will be accessible via the Assignee board (Planning Board > Assignee)
          This is the first introduction of our work load support. I am sure more requests will derive from it. Please feel free to add anyways we could ameliorate it in the future releases.
