This is what I thought you might be doing when you implemented capacity planning in 3.7. Although I really like the new feature, the most common requested feature here is capacity in hours per person per version. I would also like this compared to the total original estimate for all issues in a version for that assignee and highlight it red if it is larger. We were thinking of a Resource Board where this data could be entered into a grid column. One row for each resource. Other columns could sum the original estimate and remaining on all their assigned tasks.

[JSWSERVER-1201] As a GH user, I would like to be able set a capacity in hours per assignee (developer role) per version (sprint).
Show progress y assignee, should be a merger of the two attached screenshots, but shown on the "work" board is using "assignee" swimlanes.

We do not have the aggregate reporting aspect yet.
I will resolve this issue as Fixed, as stated above you now have the ability to set a capacity in hours per assignee per version.

Able to set a capacity in hours per assignee per version directly from the assignee board.
We do not provide any reports yet nor aggregate the sums across version hierarchies in any boards.
I am sure more requests will derive from this since it opens huge doors.

added a comment - VersionOne has separated sprint capacity and tracking, which I will attach separately. This is the most commonly given reason to use V1 over GH.
