Usage statistics for marketplace apps

      Problem

      As of now, there is no a way an admin can see usage statistics for marketplace apps in Jira.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if we can provide sysadmins the ability to have usage statistics for marketplace apps so that they can make more informed decisions.

      Why This Is Important
      This helps the customers to make a decision on whether the app needs to be retained or not. This also gives an insight into the number of users utilising the apps.
