Issue Summary

Editing a Text field using gg or "." in Text Mode results in the text cursor being stuck on the Hide Toolbar menu. The cursor does not select the text box to allow users to type automatically.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any issue with Multiline texts - Description, Comments, etc
2. Type gg -> Add Comment (Can also be Description, any Multiline Text Custom Field that has wiki mode)
3. Ensure Text is selected instead of Visual - The issue did not happen in Visual Mode
4. The text box was opened and the Hide Toolbar button (Toggle visibility) was selected
5. The cursor did not move on to the Text box as expected (Recording attached)

Expected Results

To have the cursor automatically go to the text box when selecting to edit a field text, as it happens in Visual Mode.

Actual Results

The input cursor is stuck on Hide toolbar and the user needs to click inside the field to start editing.

Workaround

As a temporary measure, select the Visual Mode
