Steps to replicate the problem:-
1) Create a project A
2) Associate this project to the Scrum template
3) Create an issue under Project A with the issue type 'Bug'
4) Under the 'Issue Operation', move this issue to the issue type 'Story'
5) There will be an error message displayed:-
The issue type selected is invalid.
